Terms and Conditions

Please note that much of the year we operate a 2 night
minimum stay policy at weekends, however please call
for late availability. Late arrivals by prior arrangement only.

Check in/out times

Check in times are between 2pm and 6pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check out time is 10am Monday to Friday, and arrangements can be made for a later
check out time at weekends.

Breakfast is served between 8.30am and 9.30am weekdays, and 9.30am to 10.30am
at weekends.

Booking Policy

To secure a booking, we require credit card details to secure a
reservation.
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of check in time, the
cost of the first nights stay is non refundable.
If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of check in time,
full payment is required.
If the booking is cancelled within 12 hours of check in time, the guest is liable for the full
amount of the room / rooms and his / her credit card will be charged in full.
At busy times and occasionally at weekends we reserve the right to change the
cancellation / amendment conditions at any time.

Extended Stays

Discounted rates are available for stays of 4 nights or longer.
Group Bookings
We are happy to accept group bookings but these are entirely at the hotels discretion.

Hotel rules

Five Brighton is a non-smoking hotel, and we do not accept pets.
The lead guest is responsible for persons in his/her party
Five Brighton accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property left
within the hotel.
Any guest causing damage to hotel property will be charged for the cost of the
replacement and/or repair of such property.
Five Brighton reserves all rights to evict any guest causing damage to hotel property,
without refund, and with the entire stay charged to their credit card.
Replacements for lost keys will be charged at the hotels discretion.
